Well, it is not necessary that one earns a degree if he hopes to get
a good job because work experience and job training is actually more
important that a college degree. The lessons that can be learned
from a degree are limited and can never be a better teacher than the
life experiences that one gets during everyday life.
Be that as it
may, some jobs, such especially in the engineering and medicine
world, require a college degree. The world that we live in today
requires that people complete some basic levels of the educational
system and at least earn college degrees.
For instance, if one is
working in a certain organization and hopes to rise through the
ranks, one actually needs a college degree or extra education in
