In response to the increasing duties in the administrative department as well as the human resources department, our political party will be interviewing and hiring a human resources administrator to attend the human resources manager. This new position will benefit the shaping as the human resources manager facilitates the hiring of new associates, performs all paysheet functions, audits payroll tax filings, and manages the corporations insurance and health benefit programs. The added position of human resources associate will sponsor keep company information current and accu reckon age giving the human resources manager time for critical company functions.
According to Cascio (2010), the human resources department is an alliance to the strategic occupation plan. The human resources strategy is the set of priorities a firm uses to dress its resources, policies, and programs with its strategic business plan (p. 159). Therefore, the company objective of modify the human resources department aligns with the companys strategic goals.

(TAI) distinguishes itself from its competitors by maintaining sustained staff retention, the company should invest in a solid human resources department. TAI currently has more than one hundred seventy employees with 16 divisions, and is still currently hiring new associates. The growth rate of the company is reducing the one-on-one time employees may pick out with the human resources manager, who is the only employee in the department. The position of human resources assistant would help employees receive important information about their employment and benefits without jeopardizing the managers role of performing time refined duties, such as payroll.
