Everyone has a certain cod out of qualities of different learning styles and personality types, but in individually individual, one will stand out more. Learning styles argon the characteristic way people gather, identify, and process information.
If they make up a verbal/linguistic learning style, they analyze the use of their make language, and they atomic number 18 better(p) at remembering terms and grounds meanings of the terms. These are the people who most likely explain things better, and who are better teachers.
Then there is the person who has an Interpersonal learning style, these people keep to themselves and cooperate with a collection. People who have this type of learning style usually work better alone. When put in teams they only contribute because it is required.
A representational learning style is the type of person who deeply understands nature, and appreciates the residue in it.



In order for these three learning styles to top and collaborate well, each member of the team must use his or her strengths to make up for each others weakness.
People who have the verbal/linguistic learning style can contribute to the group by communication in writing, and they are also superior persuaders. Interpersonal people make the group keep running smoothly by communicating verbally with other members of the group. Then those with naturalistic strengths keep the group from fighting and keep it balanced.
Communicating and collaborating within in a group with different personality styles can either be difficult or affect the group on the unconditional side.
