With my clients I had the opportunity with one of my clients to discuss diversity in the school term mainly about ethnic background, as my client is snow-covered and had a dispute with some one who was relentless, and I treasured to know if she felt okay for me as a black women working with her in this situation, we did explore this and we were fine as I am still working with her a year on. With my client (s) I have to be honest and say I have not had the opportunity to bring diversity into the relationship, as there has not been any issue that I could contend her with diversity yet, but I am sure it pass on come at some stage, as I confide it will come as the relationship moves on at some stage.
