When it comes to making photo game ads, it is in truth essential to target your appropriate audience. At first glance of these two advertisements, they are both seek to target certain audiences for their companies. The designer for the two companies to advertise for different audiences is for them to have better chances for consumers to buy their products. If PlayStation 3 wanted to regularise an ad in a magazine, they wouldnt put together it in a magazine called Cooking at its Best! If they put their ad in a magazine the likes of this because they wouldnt get any business, instead they would put it in Game Informer, so they can keep getting business. After I closely examine the two ads I will analyze and describe them and then compare and melodic phrase the two ads.
I found the PlayStation 3 ad, by meddling for it on Google Images. The photo looks dark and it looks like its from the 1940s. The reason it looks old to me is because it doesnt look technologically advanced like modern days and the edifices look old. The young universe as the statue is definitely the main focal point in this photo. It seems to me as if the throng in the PS3 ad that are building this statue distinguish this young man holding a PS3 controller very important.



Its kind of funny to me; it is as if the young man in the statue was in 2012 and time traveled to the 1940s with his PlayStation 3 and his controller. After seeing this young man with this technology; the people in the photo probably thought he was a God with powers or something, so they made a statue of him holding his PS3 controller. It even looks like a war is going on in the background, and theyre just sitting there building that statue. The text is just the name of the game console itself, which is PlayStation 3. The witness and text interact by telling the audience that this is what the ad has to do with.
