As managers in top positions they must to a fault be a standard for how to conduct yourself in the work and how to not engage in behavior that is not appropriate in the workplace. I recommend that every employer educate their employers on policies and procedures and how to conduct themselves. If there are any in office relationships the staff must know how to handle the situation and what the legalities are in the case that one of the two partys involved decide they no longer want to be with the other.
