The company I chose to do my ethical organization profile on is Kudler beauteous Foods Company. Kudler exquisitely Foods Company allows people whom require to purchase on the finest ingredients to do so at their stores. They currently have tether locations but are looking to expand it operation not only in state but nationwide.
In separately of the three stores Kudler o.k. Foods operates there is both a passenger vehicle and an wait onant handler. The managers at individually store run the day-to-day operations. Kathy is the owner and she oversees the entire operation. Kathy handles the purchasing for the stores so they are able-bodied to purchase products in bulk and this helps reduce the costs. Along with the manager Kudler Fine Foods has employed employees for stocking, cashiers, and specialist in all stores assist people with their shop and culinary questions.
Kudler Fine Foods looks as the departments as individuals rather than a piece of the store and focuses on them individually. The departments admit meat and seafood, cheese and dairy, the bakery, packaged food, and produce. Kudler Fine Foods strives to be the exceed in the grocery store business.
